softnode.ai provides an AI-powered chat agent platform that allows businesses to embed intelligent chatbots on their websites. The Service includes bot creation, conversation management, analytics, lead capture, and related features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Each plan has defined limits for bots and monthly messages. Exceeding these limits may result in service throttling until the next billing cycle or an upgrade to a higher plan.
You retain ownership of content you create (bot configurations, system prompts, knowledge bases). softnode.ai retains all rights to the platform, code, design, and underlying technology.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of chat bots complies with applicable data protection laws, including informing your website visitors about data collection.
Chat responses are generated by AI (Claude by Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your bots appropriately. softnode.ai is not liable for AI-generated content.
